About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the PHSO as an Executive Assistant, providing comprehensive administrative support for the PHSO’s Director of Operations and Quality, based in Manchester.

To be successful in this role you will be a well-organised individual with a keen eye for detail, a strategic approach to diary management and accustomed to providing a high standard of service.

You will have proven talent for establishing robust administrative processes while confidently managing rapidly changing priorities. As part of a small, dynamic and flexible team, you will also work with colleagues to provide excellent administrative support for the PHSO’s senior leadership team.

The role offers the opportunity for professional challenge and stimulus, rewarding the post holder with stretching and wide-ranging experience.
