Job description

Role: Executive Assistant (Fixed Term Contract) - Frasers Property UK

Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2025

Location: South Kensington, London (office based role, ~4 days per week in the office)

Salary: Competitive plus generous benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join Frasers Property UK and be an integral member of the team providing proactive and diligent support to 3 Executives. You will be responsible for high touch diary and travel management and provide a variety of HR administration support. Core to this role will be a proactive and positive approach, and to be in the office for at least 4 days a week.

This is a varied role in a dynamic business, requiring strong initiative and a desire to proactively add value and improve processes to enable individuals and teams to be highly effective. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be highly organised. You will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant and be highly collaborative and supportive. Equally important is a passion for the role and proactivity to ensure the team is fully supported across all areas of administration.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Proactivity and takes initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with the team and establish rapport with visitors.
  • Eager to learn and understand the wider context to add value.
  • Strong Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). For example, proficient in formatting documents including presentation slides and providing professional input to memorandums, reports, and papers.
  • Alignment to cultural values: Collaborative, Respectful, Progressive, and Real.
  • Organised with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong team player who can demonstrate an ability to take ownership of work streams, with an ability to work independently.
