Job Description:

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive PA support to the General Manager on a fixed-term basis, starting in December 2026. This contract will initially run for eight months, with the possibility of extension for a further six to eight months depending on business needs.

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager. This is a pivotal management role within our Executive Office, requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and a proactive approach to supporting the leadership team in a fast paced, luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide full PA support to the General Manager, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use.
  • Support the coordination of hotel initiatives, projects, and events led by the Executive Office.
  • Respond to guest and employee inquiries with warmth, efficiency, and discretion.
  • Act as a point of contact for senior leadership and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong organisational abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • A high level of discretion and emotional intelligence.

Schedule & Hours:
  • This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour work week Monday to Friday
