Exciting new opportunity for an energetic self-starter to join a well-established Family Office and work alongside the CEO and Board to lead in-house operations.
The successful applicant will be required to develop, implement and review all operational policies and procedures, to include HR. You will support the CEO with operational tasks, and assist with making key decisions, documenting the correct approval flow and working alongside finance to ensure timely payments and tracking to key suppliers.
Applicants must have previous EA experience at a group executive management level in either financial services or family office. You will need excellent time management skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage very busy, unpredictable workloads, juggle priorities and multitask. Overall a flexible, adaptable approach is essential, with a genuinely motivated and enthusiastic commitment to the role and company - preference will be given to applicants who aren’t seeking a standard nine to five role, and who can show that they want to be part of something amazing!
