The role:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Group Head of Data and Analytics, facilitating efficient daily operations. Responsibilities include complex diary management, meeting coordination, communication handling, travel arrangements, record maintenance, and support with tools, systems, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide onsite and remote support in a hybrid working environment, typically 3-4 days in the office.
  2. Manage complex diaries and support global business functions.
  3. Handle complex inbox management for the ExCo Member.
  4. Use strategic thinking to anticipate needs and make connections across the business.
  5. Prepare briefing papers, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and visual impact.
  6. Provide administrative and organizational support.
  7. Manage communication and correspondence on behalf of the ExCo Member.
  8. Build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
  9. Handle expense processes, procurement, and related activities.
  10. Assist with organizing Townhalls, roadshows, and offsite events.
  11. Greet visitors and coordinate complex travel arrangements, ensuring compliance and security.
  12. Maintain updated compliance records.

Candidate Background:

  • Experience supporting Senior Executives in finance preferred.
  • Understanding of FTSE50 listed company operations and board commitments.
  • Experience in large-scale operations roles.
  • Trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Degree preferred.
  • Experience in financial services or fast-paced environments.
  • Polished communication and organizational skills.
