This position will be based in our London office with a hybrid schedule that has the option of working two days remotely each week.
As the Executive Assistant to the Head of Everest Global Markets (EGM), you will provide high-level executive support with additional coordination across the wider team.
You’ll be a confident communicator, adept at engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and skilled in managing complex schedules and meetings.
You will ensure meetings are planned and executed efficiently, coordinating agendas and supporting materials to enable seamless collaboration across the team. Your proactive and consistent support will help the Head of EGM and the broader team focus on strategic priorities and operate effectively as one aligned unit.
As part of the international support network, you’ll contribute to a culture of collaboration, sharing best practices and role-modelling excellence in stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
