Title: Executive Assistant, Everest Global Markets

Role Purpose

As the Executive Assistant to the Head of Everest Global Markets (EGM), you will provide high-level executive support with additional coordination across the wider team. You’ll be a confident communicator, adept at engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and skilled in managing complex schedules and meetings. You will ensure meetings are planned and executed efficiently, coordinating agendas and supporting materials to enable seamless collaboration across the team. Your proactive and consistent support will help the Head of EGM and the broader team focus on strategic priorities and operate effectively as one aligned unit. As part of the international support network, you’ll contribute to a culture of collaboration, sharing best practices and role-modelling excellence in stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Head of EGM’s diary, balancing strategic priorities, business needs, and personal commitments.
  • Plan and coordinate executive meetings and committees, ensuring alignment with governance calendars.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including client EAs, to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Work with the Company Secretary to manage annual meeting calendars and EMAL events.
  • Organise complex travel itineraries and prepare travel documentation.
  • Manage expense submissions and approvals via Concur, ensuring compliance with travel and expense policies.
  • Monitor and manage communications, including email triage and document preparation.
  • Support internal and external communications in collaboration with PR and communications teams.
  • Provide personal support to the Head of EGM, including ad-hoc appointments and travel.
Professional Experience
  • Extensive EA experience supporting C-suite executives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple diaries and complex travel arrangements.
  • Experience preparing committee packs, agendas, and minutes.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and manage stakeholders.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring support teams.
  • Background in financial services is desirable.
