EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - ENERGY, POWER, RENEWABLES & MINING GROUP

Salary: £220 Per Day
Location: Canary Wharf, 5 Days in the Office

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to join their Energy, Power, Renewables & Mining (EPRM) Group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the heart of Canary Wharf, with a competitive salary of £220 per day. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, providing comprehensive secretarial duties and demonstrating a strong work ethic and common sense approach. This role requires flexibility and adaptability due to its demanding nature.

What you'll do:


As an Executive Assistant in the EPRM Group, your role will be diverse and challenging. You will be responsible for advanced diary management, handling both internal and external clients with professionalism. Your role will also involve managing complex travel arrangements within policy, including coordination of flights, trains, VISAs, accommodation and ground transportation logistics. You will oversee business expenses in partnership with an off-shore expense team. Your technical capabilities will be utilised as you navigate through internal systems for accurate data entry. General administrative duties are also part of your remit.

  • Proactive diary management
  • Handling internal and external clients professionally
  • Managing complex travel arrangements within policy
  • Overseeing business expenses in partnership with off-shore expense team
  • General administration duties including room bookings, filing, photocopying, stationery ordering and business cards
  • Providing back-up coverage during planned/un-planned absence sporadically
