About The Role

Knight Frank is looking to hire anExecutive Assistant in the Country Department Team supporting a team of roughly 8 negotiators.

Role:

The Executive Assistant will support a team of around 8 negotiators within the Country Department. The role includes managing enquiries, coordinating property visits, diary management, sales administration, and marketing support. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, website enquiries, and take accurate messages
  • Support with general client and applicant enquiries
  • Arrange and coordinate property visits and diary schedules
  • Transcribe dictations and prepare presentations as needed
  • Maintain a tidy office environment and book meeting rooms
  • Assist with creating and updating property activity records
  • Order land registry checks and register new instructions
  • Coordinate photos, floorplans, and brochure production with suppliers
  • Draft template letters, forms, and property advertisements
  • Support social media asset creation and marketing materials
  • Conduct due diligence checks and process invoices
  • Complete team expenses on a monthly basis
  • Create and send dotmailer campaigns and pitching documents
  • Update property listings and upload EPCs, imagery, and floorplans
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and manage data responsibly

Key Experience Required:

  • Prior experience in a business support, administration or front of house role preferred but not required
  • Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling
  • Attention to detail
