Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant who will support two HR Directors leading Human Resources and International Compensation teams, respectively. Reporting to the EU HR Partner Director and based out of our London office in Shoreditch, this role acts as a key support position across global teams while supporting two HR Directors leading Human Resources and International Compensation.

Key job responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive executive support to Director-level leaders, looking around corners and being proactive.
  • Manage complex calendars, travel expenses, communication mechanisms and team meetings.
  • Organize occasional events and serve as the connecting thread for extended teams.
  • Collaborate with others to help drive global impact.
  • Support the Amazon Manager Experience (AMX) team's mission worldwide.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Experience with executive level calendar management.
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
  • Experience leading process improvements.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company.
  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency.
