Job description

EA/Project Coordinator – Hybrid working (3 days in office) – 60-63k with excellent bens.

Our client, a Global Leadership Advisory Consultancy with offices worldwide serving major business regions including the Americas, Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, is looking for an EA to support the MD of one of their leading financial practice areas. This role is fast-paced and involves organizing demanding schedules and building client relationships.

The Role

The EA/Project Coordinator must operate at a high pace to meet the demands of this busy MD. You will be the key connector, coordinating activities of the MD and internal team while managing client and candidate expectations.

You will be involved in all aspects of assignments and projects, adapting and executing processes and communications based on strategic goals and timelines. As the firm’s first contact with clients, you should be able to pivot quickly, proactively adjust, and solve problems in real-time.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee each assignment process, ensuring all steps stay on track
  • Proactively manage the team’s efforts to advance assignments and projects
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and interviews
  • Maintain excellent relationships with firm members, clients, prospects, and candidates to ensure high customer service standards
  • Serve as the external liaison between clients and their extended teams
  • Create, edit, and format client-facing documents including presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Manage projects and stakeholder liaison
  • Provide right-hand support, contributing ideas and input at the table

What we are looking for:

A proactive problem solver, preferably with experience in private equity, demonstrating strong business judgment, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate can prioritize, organize, multitask, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

A university degree from a respected institution is preferred. Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
