About the Role

Are you ready to support a charity focused on MND as an Executive Assistant? Support their leaders. Empower their mission. Stand with those affected by MND. This charity believes in a world free from MND and works tirelessly to improve care and support for those living with the disease.

They are seeking a professional, organised, and compassionate Executive Assistant to support their directors. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Northampton (hybrid - 2-3 days in the office) with a salary of £37,400 per annum.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage complex diaries and inboxes for directors, anticipating needs and prioritising effectively.
  2. Coordinate Trustee and governance meetings, including setting agendas, producing minutes, and following up on actions.
  3. Liaise with stakeholders and support internal and external projects.
  4. Support senior leaders in People and Culture initiatives to promote inclusion and engagement.
  5. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for directors.
  6. Arrange travel, logistics, and event support with minimal supervision.
  7. Maintain a cohesive EA function across the organisation.
Candidate Profile

We seek an experienced EA with strong organisational and communication skills, proactive and adaptable, comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with discretion and professionalism.

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders, preferably in the charitable sector or related environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Alignment with the charity's values of inclusivity, compassion, and professionalism.
