Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO of RJIS and the CRO of RJWM Group. This is a unique opportunity to work across two senior leadership teams within a dynamic financial services environment. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and poise.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage complex diaries, screen correspondence, prepare expense reports, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their priorities and communication styles.
- Project Coordination: Assist with research, proposal development, and project tracking to support strategic initiatives.
- Meeting Management: Organise and prepare for meetings, including pre-reading materials, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Communication: Draft internal communications and respond to queries from Board, ExCo, and other senior stakeholders.
- Operational Efficiency: Act as a key liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and CRO to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively.
- Representation: Serve as a professional ambassador for the executive office, fostering positive relationships across the business.
- Prioritisation: Manage conflicting demands and deadlines with confidence and efficiency.
- Financial Support: Assist with budgeting processes, track expenditure, and support performance reviews.
About You- Experience: Experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally within financial services or a similarly fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of financial services and familiarity with FCA regulations is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
- A proactive problem-solver with a calm, professional demeanour.
