We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO of RJIS and the CRO of RJWM Group. This is a unique opportunity to work across two senior leadership teams within a dynamic financial services environment. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and poise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Executive Support: Manage complex diaries, screen correspondence, prepare expense reports, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their priorities and communication styles.
  3. Project Coordination: Assist with research, proposal development, and project tracking to support strategic initiatives.
  4. Meeting Management: Organise and prepare for meetings, including pre-reading materials, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  5. Communication: Draft internal communications and respond to queries from Board, ExCo, and other senior stakeholders.
  6. Operational Efficiency: Act as a key liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and CRO to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively.
  8. Representation: Serve as a professional ambassador for the executive office, fostering positive relationships across the business.
  9. Prioritisation: Manage conflicting demands and deadlines with confidence and efficiency.
  10. Financial Support: Assist with budgeting processes, track expenditure, and support performance reviews.
About You
  1. Experience: Experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally within financial services or a similarly fast-paced, regulated environment.
  2. Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial services and familiarity with FCA regulations is desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information. A proactive problem-solver with a calm, professional demeanour.
