Join Our Dynamic Team as an Executive Assistant & Business Manager!



Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for technology and business management? Our client, a purpose-led technology services organisation, is on the lookout for a highly skilled Executive Assistant & Business Manager to support their CEO in driving corporate development activities and managing key institutional relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, this role is for you!



Location: An 8-minute walk from Liverpool Street station


Contract Type: 12 Month FTC (Potential to go perm)


Salary: £45,000 - £50,000



Key Responsibilities:



Managing Institutional Relationships:



  • Strengthen ties with corporate clients, government entities, and industry stakeholders.

  • Ensure regular engagement and follow-up to drive long-term collaboration.

  • Prepare briefing materials and reports for key external meetings.


Supporting Corporate Development & New Business:



  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Conduct market research and prepare business cases for growth initiatives.

  • Assist the CEO in commercial discussions and negotiations.


Managing Stakeholder Relationships:



  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Board, investors, and key stakeholders.

  • Coordinate Board materials, investor updates, and executive reports.

  • Ensure smooth communication between the CEO and stakeholders, aligning on strategic priorities.


Managing the CEO's Public Profile:



  • Oversee the CEO's external engagements, including media appearances and industry events.

  • draught speeches, presentations, and thought leadership content.

  • Ensure messaging consistency across all engagements.


Executive Operations & Calendar Management:



  • Proactively manage the CEO's calendar for optimal prioritisation of meetings and travel.

  • Coordinate high-level meetings, including agenda setting and follow-ups.

  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with the utmost discretion.


Key Requirements:



  • Professional Services Background: Experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similar high-performance setting.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and draught high-quality content.

  • Strong organisational Abilities: Proven track record in managing complex schedules and projects.

  • Business Acumen: Understanding of corporate strategy, business development, and stakeholder management.

  • Discretion & Professionalism: Handle confidential matters with integrity.

  • Proactive & Detail-Oriented: A self-starter who anticipates needs and ensures seamless task execution.
