An established industry player is seeking a competent Executive Assistant to support two senior MDs in a dynamic banking environment. Qualifications

4 days in office working 08.45- 09.00-1 day remote.

Do you thrive in a busy and high pressure banking environment? We have a great one year fixed-term contract starting May 4th 2025 with one of our long standing finance and banking clients. We are looking for a competent Executive Assistant who can provide robust organisational support to two senior MD's, and plays a critical role in working with partners, clients and the department.

The Executive Assistant must have previous experience working within Investment Banking, and a calm, organised and flexible approach.

Please note: You MUST have Investment Banking experience to be considered

  • Complex diary management for MD's
  • Extensive multi-stop travel arrangements including itineraries
  • Organise corporate events and dinners.
  • Processing expenses.
  • Regularly update company CRM (Salesforce) contact database.
  • Ensure all meeting documentation is prepared ahead of meetings
  • Extensive stakeholder liaison.

What you'll need:-

  • 5 years+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and able to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
