Are you seeking a new and stimulating Executive Assistant role in FID on a 12 month contract within the Financial Services industry? Are you available immediately or on short notice? Our client, a Financial Advisory Firm, is in search of a highly motivated and organised experienced Executive Assistant to provide support and coordination for a small team of professionals on an 12-month fixed-term contract.

What you will do:

As the Executive Assistant in this role, you will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of the office and support the senior executives and their teams. This includes full diary management for three senior executives, involving proactive scheduling, task prioritisation, and handling conflicting requests. Serving as the primary point of contact for incoming requests, you will manage communication effectively and provide telephone coverage as well as assisting other assistants when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating all business travel arrangements, processing expenses and vendor bills, and preparing materials for meetings, such as presentations and documents. Furthermore, you will maintain team records, handle administrative queries, support visitors from overseas offices, and provide assistance to Hiring Managers, including interview setup and HR liaison.

What you will need:

Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent and have experience in a global organisation spanning multiple time zones. While banking experience is preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) is vital. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with discretion and attention to detail, are essential for effective stakeholder interaction. Excellent organisational and planning abilities are necessary to manage priorities efficiently. Candidates should be self-motivated, capable of both independent work and teamwork, and willing to take on responsibility to contribute to the team's success.
