Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Collections.
- Work alongside various specialist curators within the organisation.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodation and itineraries.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the organisation of events and meetings, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within an art gallery or museum.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders and external partners.
