Location: London N5 (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)

Hours: Full-time, | 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas closure

Join Spread a Smile, a growing children’s charity bringing joy to seriously ill children in hospitals and hospices across the UK. We’re seeking an experienced EA & Office Manager to support our leadership and oversee daily operations.

This dual role involves strategic support to the CEO (70%) and day-to-day office management (30%). Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s diary, preparing agendas, taking minutes, supporting donor relations, and coordinating engagement activities.

In office management, you’ll oversee operations of our North London workspace, manage suppliers, handle budgets, support HR processes, and ensure smooth running of the office.

Ideal candidates will have experience supporting senior leadership, excellent organisation skills, ability to handle sensitive information, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in HR admin and basic finance is essential.

We offer a supportive team environment, flexible hybrid working (minimum three days in the office), and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a small, growing charity.
