Are you an experienced EA who is available to start a new role in September?

Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and confident in supporting several executive individuals and teams?

My client has created this new position. It’s an 18-month contract with a possibility of permanence afterwards.

This accredited organisation offers an excellent package: 36 hours per week, hybrid working (3 days in the office), 29 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, wellbeing allowance, etc.

Based in a modern office, role duties include:

  1. Providing EA support to various C-suite individuals and associated charities
  2. Working alongside the senior EA and acting as gatekeeper
  3. Preparing and collating reports
  4. Acting as primary contact for charity trustees
  5. Managing diaries and travel arrangements
  6. Handling invoice tracking and credit card expenses
  7. Providing project support to CFO and COO
  8. Taking minutes and record keeping
  9. SharePoint administration and entry

Experience needed:

  • Solid EA experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience with Board/Committee work
  • Confident minute taker
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Confidence managing financial processes such as expenses
  • Highly personable and collaborative style
