Position Overview

TD Bank Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Operating Officer Europe and Chief Risk Officer Europe and Asia. The role is based in London, UK, for a 15-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and facilitating meetings across time zones, both in person and hybrid
  • Arranging international travel, accommodations, and logistics
  • Managing expense reports and invoices
  • Providing administrative support to the broader teams under COO and CRO
  • Coordinating team events
  • Maintaining confidential documents

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2-4 years of EA experience in a busy office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Webex
  • Ability to manage complex international schedules and prioritize in a dynamic environment
