Job Title: 12 Month FTC - Executive Assistant (1-2-1)!

Working schedule: Monday-Thursday in the office, Friday WFH

We are delighted to be recruiting for an exceptional Legal Executive Assistant opportunity at a US law firm basedin an iconic London landmark.

They are offering a very competitive salary, along with benefits and a bonus.

This is a 12month contract supporting the Head of the London Funds Team and CoChair of the firm's Global Real Estate Funds Practice. The ideal start date is mid to late July, allowing for a comprehensive 2-month handover.

About the Role:

This is a 1:1 Executive Assistant position, providing high-level support to a senior Shareholder. You will be the right hand managing a fast-paced and dynamic workload with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary and inbox management
  • Organising complex international travel and itineraries
  • Scheduling client meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
  • Preparing agendas, minutes, and attending key meetings
  • Managing a business development tracker and prompting follow-ups
  • Booking venues, taxis, and coordinating logistics for client events and travel

The successful candidate will have proven experience supporting senior executives within the legal or professional services sector. They will be highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset are essential for success in this role.
