Executive Assistant | 12-month FTC

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 DOE

Location: Central London (1 day WFH)

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to three board-level executives and their teams on a 12-month FTC. Based in stunning central London offices, the role offers the flexibility to work from home one day a week. The team operates at a fast pace and sets high standards, so we’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, loves a challenge, and can hit the ground running!

About the Role:

  • Managing diaries and schedules for senior leaders.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Preparing board papers, meeting agendas, and key documents.
  • Planning and coordinating events.
  • Managing expenses and providing seamless administrative support.
  • Offering light touch assistance to the wider teams as needed.

About You:

  • Proven experience supporting up to board level.
  • A background in professional services or financial service es.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and meticulous attention to detail.
