Job Description

This role is a 12-month contract.

What is next in your career?

Our central business support team is designed to support our capabilities and Go-To-Markets, assisting Partners and ensuring the smooth operation of the team. You will work closely with Partners, Consultants, and external clients. The role requires someone friendly, approachable, and confident with excellent communication skills, preferably experienced in team environments and with other Business Support staff.

This position offers the opportunity to engage in a broad range of activities, ideal for someone driven to succeed. You will gain valuable business experience and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management and travel/ accommodation support, including complex international travel arrangements.
  • Inbox management, monitoring and actioning emails on behalf of Partners.
  • Supporting initiatives led by the Partners.

Qualifications

About you

  • Administrative experience, ideally from a large organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proactive with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent prioritization skills.
  • Team-oriented with an adaptable work approach.
