Job description

Temporary maternity cover from early/mid-June – December (TBC) 2025, working between 10AM-2PM, Monday – Friday.

Are you passionate about supporting senior teams with proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant?

Ready for a temp or fixed-term contract role?

If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join this Worksop team as a Temporary Executive Support Administrator. This role will provide essential support to the Director level, with a significant influence on the successful delivery of various projects. The position will run from early to mid-June through to December 2025 (dates TBC).

Key Tasks / Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive organisational and administrative support to the Executive Team.
  • Assist in the preparation and support of Board and Committee meetings, including taking minutes, preparing agendas, generating reports, and following up on actions.
  • Provide support for staff events and initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations (excluding staff management) and oversee health and safety responsibilities.
  • Book training sessions, conferences, and other staff development opportunities.
  • Handle phone calls and direct them as necessary.
  • Manage diaries as required.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven experience in a high-pressure environment, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Strong numeracy and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, meet targets, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Flexible and can-do work ethic with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, including remotely.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
