Team Executive Assistant

Team Executive Assistant

Location: Ascot, Berkshire (Office-based, free parking - driving licence essential)

Salary: £30,000 basic + commission (OTE £35k+, uncapped)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

This role blends traditional executive assistance with office management, sales coordination, and hands-on marketing and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's diary and schedule across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate business travel and corporate events
  • Manage and grow the digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels
  • Contribute creative ideas to brand development and marketing campaigns
  • Assist in high-value property transactions and liaise with solicitors and developers
  • Support the sales process from inquiry through to completion

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presentation
  • Tech-savvy: proficient with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, CRMs, Adobe Acrobat, Dropbox
  • Strong social media awareness and marketing instincts
  • Discreet, reliable, and capable of managing confidential matters
  • High emotional intelligence, able to build relationships with senior stakeholders and clients
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems independently
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport essential due to office location
