Role Overview:

This role supports the CEO and senior leadership team by delivering high-quality executive and administrative support. It involves managing a varied workload, coordinating key projects, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive PA support to the Executive Team.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track meeting actions.
  • Organise meetings, hospitality, and office supplies.
  • Draft and produce presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Support and deputise for the Senior EA as needed.
  • Perform general office duties including procurement and order processing.
  • Assist in organising high-profile events and visits.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Office team to ensure seamless support.
  • Manage digital and paper filing systems, promoting paperless working.
  • Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes.
  • Adhere to risk management protocols and report risks appropriately.
Person Specification:Qualifications:
  • Minimum Level 2 in Maths and English (Shorthand desirable)
  • Business administration qualification (Level 3+)
  • Proficiency in IT applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Evidence of continued professional development
Experience:
  • Proven experience in a PA role supporting senior executives
  • Experience in minute-taking and handling confidential information
  • Skilled in preparing reports and analysing data
