We’re partnering with one of the world’s leading social technology companies, renowned for its innovation, fast-paced culture, and global impact. This team supports some of the most senior leaders in the business—helping them focus on what matters most.

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to join their scaled admin support program, offering remote calendar, travel, and expense management across multiple executives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide remote administrative support across complex calendar scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting to 6 Executives
  • Manage logistics for multiple leaders simultaneously and assist with prioritisation
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders
  • Use internal tools and ticketing systems to align support with business needs
  • Offer time-saving recommendations and provide coverage for other admins as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting 2 or more executives
  • Strong track record in calendar, travel, and expense management
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
  • Strong judgement, attention to detail, and ability to work with discretion
  • BA/BS preferred (minimum high school diploma or equivalent required)
