About the Role

The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing high‑level administrative, operational, and business support. This role goes beyond traditional calendar management and requires strong business judgment, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage priorities across a fast‑moving executive agenda. The ideal candidate acts as an extension of the CEO—helping ensure focus, follow‑through, and alignment across leadership initiatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Executive & Business Support
    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, travel, and communications with a strong understanding of business priorities.
    • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow‑up notes for executive meetings, board meetings, and strategic sessions.
    • Track action items and ensure timely follow‑through across leadership and cross‑functional teams.
    • Serve as a point of coordination between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Business & Operational Coordination
    • Support strategic planning initiatives by organizing information, tracking priorities, and coordinating timelines.
    • Assist with budget tracking, contract coordination, and business documentation as needed.
    • Help streamline executive workflows, improve internal processes, and maintain operational discipline.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management
    • Draft, review, and manage executive communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
    • Coordinate with legal, finance, HR, and operations teams on executive‑level matters.
    • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Project & Initiative Support
    • Support special projects and cross‑functional initiatives led by the CEO.
    • Monitor progress against milestones and flag risks or delays proactively.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of executive decision‑making processes.
  • Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, startup or high‑growth environment.
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in technology, consumer products, or startup environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting board or investor‑related activities.
Location

This is a fully remote position (although please expect to regularly collaborate with teams throughout the world). You will also be expected to attend international technology shows at certain points through the year.
