We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide strategic and high-level administrative support to senior leadership in the Northern Ireland & Scotland region. This is a key role that demands strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle complex responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, travel, and meeting schedules for senior leaders
  • Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations
  • Coordinate and attend leadership meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-ups
  • Liaise with internal teams with professionalism and tact
  • Monitor and track regional priorities, actions, and key project timelines
  • Organise regional leadership events, site visits, and external engagements
  • Maintain effective systems for document, expense, and information management

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a senior-level EA or administrative role
