As an Executive Assistant, you will provide support to your nominated Executive Director (ED) and their Division. You will add value by maximising the productivity of your ED and the teams you work with through effective planning, communication, and organisation. • Do you have exceptional organisation, planning, and administrative skills, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Office?
  • Do you have experience making effective and timely decisions under pressure and within tight deadlines, ensuring attention to detail?
  • Can you analyse issues and escalate as appropriate to improve, change, or adapt processes, providing a positive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving?
  • Can you manage upwards and laterally, managing expectations and fostering effective teamwork across the Divisional senior leadership team?
  • Can you work independently in creating meeting collateral and ensuring actions are followed up to completion?

If you answered 'Yes' to the above, then we want to hear from you. You might be our next Executive Assistant!
