A leading organization aims to build fair education for all, seeking an Executive Assistant to maximize team productivity. This role supports an Executive Director, manages projects, and requires exceptional organizational skills and high-level administrative experience. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide support to your nominated Executive Director (ED) and their Division. You will add value by maximising the productivity of your ED and the teams you work with through effective planning, communication, and organisation. You will support priority projects from conception to evaluation and communicate with stakeholders across the organisation.

Compensation & Benefits
Employees based in London will receive a £3000 London Weighting Allowance in addition to the advertised salary package. The advertised salary, London Weighting Allowance, and annual leave entitlement are FTE and will be pro-rata for part-time and fixed-term positions.
