At Derwentside College, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role at the very heart of our Executive Team. As a successful Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level professional administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Office. With proven experience in a similar role, ideally supporting executive-level staff, you will be highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities calmly and effectively in a busy environment, where demands can shift at short notice.
You will demonstrate a high level of personal integrity and have an excellent command of the English language, along with strong communication skills. You will be confident in managing office systems and excel in minute-taking, showing great attention to detail and accuracy. You will also be able to produce clear, high-quality written documents, including minutes, using Microsoft Office applications.
This is a permanent, full-time post (working 35 hours per week). Starting salary will depend upon an individual’s level of experience.
