We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Director. In this role, you will play a key part in optimising the Director's performance, overseeing projects related to staffing, recruitment, budgets, and quality assurance. You'll manage various operational tasks and collaborate with internal and external teams to drive efficiency and excellence within the directorate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, retention, and staffing, including overseeing the international recruitment programme and apprenticeship initiatives.

• Support the Director in tracking budgets, monitoring training compliance, and ensuring resource availability.

• Coordinate risk assessments, audits, and data reporting.

• Manage internal communication on recruitment campaigns and oversee staff induction and training programmes.

• Organise meetings, manage diaries, draft documents, and lead on policy updates.

• Monitor sickness, absence, and leave, ensuring adequate staffing support.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience in a similar role.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Experience in managing sensitive and confidential information.

• Ability to build relationships with senior leadership and manage competing priorities.

• Experience in the charity or health sector.
