ACRO Criminal Records Office is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in a national policing unit. The role involves providing administrative support while ensuring effective communication and management of professional inquiries. Essential Qualifications
Educated to QCF level2 OR work experience deemed to have brought the role holder to a comparable level.
Desirable:
Degree or equivalent professional qualification in management or a relevant discipline.
Essential Experience
Experience of line management or the delegation and monitoring of work.
Experience of working with Senior Managers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of personnel.
A high level of computer skills with excellent working knowledge of computer applications specifically Microsoft Office applications & Outlook.
Desirable:
Analytical work and report writing. Familiar with police organisation and structure.
