Executive Assistant. We are looking for an Executive Assistant with proven experience working as a PA/EA/Secretary demonstrating reliability and professionalism in high-level support roles. This is a great opportunity for an organised and professional Executive Assistant to play a key role in supporting a busy Partner.

Responsibilities
  • Diary and inbox management
  • Organising meetings, travel, and appointments
  • Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Acting as first point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Event coordination
  • Coordinate and deliver internal and external events, including client entertainment and staff functions
  • Oversee all logistics such as venue selection, catering, invitations, and schedules
  • Ensure every event is executed seamlessly and reflects the firm\'s professionalism and values
Requirements
  • Previous EA/PA experience, ideally within professional services
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management
  • Able to work with discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail
