Senior Executive Assistant – Kent (Rochester-Based)
Supporting Chairman & CEO | Family-Owned Business | Hybrid Role

Are you a seasoned Executive Assistant with experience supporting high-net-worth individuals? Do you thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where no two days are the same? If so, this is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing, family-owned business headquartered in Rochester, Kent.

About the Company
This dynamic business is on a fast growth trajectory, developing innovative products in the convenience market. Led by a visionary Chairman and his son, the CEO, the company is expanding globally and building strong relationships with top-tier investors and retailers.

The Role
As Senior EA, you’ll provide high-level support to both the Chairman (now based in Dubai and working part-time) and the CEO, who is deeply involved in product development, global sales, and investor relations. The role is approximately60% business, 40% private, and includes oversight of the company chauffeur and Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex travel logistics and itineraries across multiple time zones Keep both the Chairman and CEO on top of priorities and commitments Provide remote support to the Chairman and in-person support to the CEO Liaise with internal teams, investors, and external stakeholders Handle private matters including family-related scheduling and coordination Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and anticipate needs proactively About You
