The role involves managing multiple lawyers, handling diary management, finance, and enhancing client relationships. A fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Oxford office as an Executive Assistant.
This role provides comprehensive Executive Assistant services to the local teams. You will work closely with Team Leaders and Regional Executive Services Managers, utilizing available resources such as the Document Production team, Administrative Assistants, and Business Services. While you will have some autonomy in structuring your day, you will be an integral part of your team. It is important to align with the firm's values, maintain good client knowledge, and foster strong relationships across the business and with clients where appropriate.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a professional services environment, possibly supporting lawyers or similar professionals. They will be natural organizers, thrive in multi-tasking roles, and work well with diverse teams across the business.
