Job Description
- Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for senior directors and leaders, which change frequently - this is the main part of the role, making sure the senior leaders are all at their priority meetings
- Handle confidential documents
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Look after expenses
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or support role within a professional setting.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with working in the financial services industry is desirable.
