About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive PA to provide high-level support to our four board directors at a dynamic and fast growing recruitment business in Nottingham. This is a pivotal role where you will be at the heart of the business, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and enabling the directors to work efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive diary management, coordinating meetings, travel, and appointments.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the directors.
  • Support with the smooth running of the Nottingham office and associated services.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate board meetings and events, ensuring all logistics and materials are in place.
  • Oversee administrative processes, including expenses, document management, and correspondence.
  • Support in project coordination, tracking deadlines, and ensuring follow-ups.
  • Assist with compliance administration where needed.

About You:

  • Proven experience as an Executive PA, Personal Assistant, or similar senior administrative role, ideally within a recruitment, professional services, or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
  • A positive and professional approach, with strong attention to detail.
