Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support the Senior Leadership Team on a temporary basis while they recruit permanently. The role is immediate, with interviews scheduled early next week and a start mid-week for handover.

In this role, you will provide executive assistance to the CEO and CFO, including managing a confidential calendar, coordinating requests for attendance, travel arrangements, meetings, and events, and ensuring the effective use of the CEO’s time. A high level of confidentiality and discretion is essential. Support may occasionally be required for other directors.

The position is hybrid, with 2–3 days in the Northampton office, though more days are required during the handover.
