Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Northampton (Hybrid - 2-3 days in the office)

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Benefits

Robert Half is representing a leading national organisation in their search for an experienced, dynamic Executive Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leaders in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

What You'll Do
  1. Provide high-level support to Directors and Board members, managing their schedules, communications, and confidential information with discretion.
  2. Coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks with excellent organisational skills, working independently and under pressure.
  3. Conduct research, solve problems, and provide insightful recommendations to senior leaders.
  4. Engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.
  5. Manage and present data, including financial and numerical reports, clearly and accurately.
What We're Looking For
  1. Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports and presentations.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
