We seek a highly organized Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant eager to add value to our team. You will support senior leadership across a broad portfolio of programs, handling tasks from event planning to compiling confidential information, prioritizing a variety of challenges.
You should have experience supporting customers or stakeholders, be adaptable to emerging priorities, and possess excellent Microsoft Office skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships are essential.
