About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a reputable business based near Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have experience as a C-level Executive Assistant with knowledge in procurement, commercial contracting, mergers & acquisitions, and external accreditation. This position is fully office-based.

Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules, appointments, emails, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Act as liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead project management and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage special projects and other assigned tasks.
Required Experience
  • Highly organized
  • Experience in procurement, commercial contracting, mergers & acquisitions, and external accreditation is highly desirable.
