A leading company is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Senior Leadership group in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks, facilitate communication, and provide strategic support in a dynamic construction environment. Technip Energies and their partners were awarded an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for the world’s first commercial scale gas-fired power station with carbon capture. The construction site is located in the Tees Valley in the North-East of England.
We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to work alongside the Senior Leadership group and the rest of the team in the North-East of England.
The successful candidate will be site-based once the site offices are established but will work from our temporary offices in Middlesbrough until then.
Your mission
Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Senior Management Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating effective decision-making. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload in a dynamic construction environment.
