Overview of role:
The role is directed to support our Health & Safety and Assurance Partner, providing an efficient and responsive service and assist with managing and prioritising their time. It expands to support the national team with compliance and business growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for complex diary management for senior members of staff.
- Arranging extensive and complex travel and accommodation requirements.
- Assisting with expense claims.
- Assisting with compliance, the completion of reviews and team appraisals, service reviews and time sheets.
- Assisting Bid and Management team with administrative duties.
- Assisting with preparing fee proposals.
- Creating new records on company system.
- Running weekly reports, and delivering data to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Liaising with HR and IT department around new joiners, leavers, company inductions and more.
- Supporting the Finance management across the Team when required.
- Creating and maintaining good relationships with other administrators and colleagues within the business.
- Tracking Business Development for Partner and Associates including updating of any excel schedules.
- Assisting with the set-up of meetings, presentations and workshops.
- Work with Marketing to design and develop service collateral.
- Support Apprentices / Grads with understanding of internal systems and document control.
Person specification:
Experience:
- Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner.
- Ability to support the Partner by having the confidence to offer ideas and challenge the status quo when required.
- Fully proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Proficient with Adobe.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- Demonstrating a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
