Full training will be provided, but you should be highly organised, flexible, relationship-oriented, and proficient in MS Office. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting senior team members with their diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements across the UK and Europe.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating meetings, venues, and events.
  • Assisting with onboarding new senior leaders and administrative tasks like preparing documents.
  • Supporting HR with event planning and coordination at our Manchester office.

This is a great opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding business, with lots of learning and development opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills We Need

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Proactive and willing to help others
  • Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love organising, and want to join us on our journey, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’ll give you

  • Opportunities to grow and develop in a supportive team.
  • Cross-functional experience and skill development.
  • The chance to be part of a team delivering great results.
  • Competitive salary and benefits, including travel discounts.
