About The Role
This is a high-level support role, acting as the single point of contact for our largest elite client and the lawyers across service lines and offices supporting that client.
Key Responsibilities
Client relationship management
- General client care: working with client-specific protocols to actively support client care; handling basic queries; updating protocols as needed.
- Identifying efficiencies and service improvements.
- Handling client-related calls and messages, providing information, and responding to queries.
- Business development: liaising with the team on client and marketing activities; managing relevant data; assisting with tenders, pitches, and presentations.
- Serving as the central point for non-legal queries.
Administrative/Client Work
- Managing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Supervising file management and record-keeping.
- Producing documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as required.
- Ensuring data accuracy.
- Recording time if necessary.
- Providing team admin support, including diary management and travel arrangements.
- Supporting work allocation within the employment secondment team.
- Managing and allocating training programs.
- Liaising with the client relationship director for key meetings.
- Administering Power of Attorney documentation.
Financial
- Coordinating invoice schedules and assisting with billing queries.
- Supporting lawyers with finance-related tasks.
Team/Compliance
- Arranging and attending team meetings, including minute-taking.
- Updating status and tracking reports.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
