Job description

I'm currently working with a well-established, high-performing insurance brokerage that is seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and highly organised EA with experience in complex diary management and project coordination, ideally within the financial or professional services sectors.

About the Role:

This is not your average EA role. The successful candidate will be instrumental in handling constantly shifting priorities, managing complex diaries and providing hands-on support with key internal projects. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing complex and frequently changing calendars for the CEO
  • Supporting on key business projects, tracking actions, creating reports, and ensuring follow-through
  • Acting as the gatekeeper and main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing documentation including reports, briefings, and presentation materials
  • Attending meetings where needed, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and managing sensitive information with discretion

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience as an EA or PA, ideally within insurance, financial services, or a fast-paced corporate setting
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume diaries with precision
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively at all levels
  • Solid project coordination experience with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Professional, calm under pressure, and able to think ahead
