The Role
As Executive Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of the business. You will provide proactive, high-level administrative support to our Directors, helping them manage their time, communication, and strategic priorities. You’ll also be a trusted liaison between departments, clients, and collaborators, ensuring that the right information flows efficiently across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive diary and inbox management for the Directors
Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and events
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Support project tracking and client communications
Handle confidential documents and business-sensitive information with discretion
Assist with HR, office management, and occasional personal tasks as needed
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and senior stakeholders in a professional manner
Organise travel, accommodation, and schedules for site visits and industry events
REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
Confident, polished communicator—both written and verbal
High level of discretion and professionalism
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and cloud-based tools
Familiarity with the property, construction, or design sector (desirable but not essential)
London-based, with knowledge of the super-prime residential landscape (a plus)

Salary up to £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
