Job description

Meraki Talent are partnering with an Investment firm, looking for an Executive Assistant experienced in Investor Relations to join the team on a 12month fixed contract.

You will be highly organised, with a passion for fast-paced environments and high level stakeholder interaction. Our client is seeking a confident, detail-driven Executive Assistant to support their Investor Relations team, working closely with three senior executives at the heart of their business.

This is more than just a diary management role, it’s an opportunity to become a true partner to the team, enabling smooth operations, delivering first-class support, and playing a key role with engaging with their investors.

Executive Assistant duties:

  • Provide seamless, high level EA support to three busy Investor Relations executives
  • Managing complex diaries, coordinating travel across time zones, and acting as the main point of contact both internally and externally.
  • Organise and prepare for key investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and internal presentations, including compiling briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in producing polished, professional investor packs and presentation materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency throughout.
  • Help manage and prioritise high volumes of email traffic and correspondence, ensuring key messages and requests are actioned efficiently.
  • Liaise confidently with high-profile investors, senior stakeholders, and partners ensuring a professional and polished experience at all touchpoints.
  • Support the planning and execution of investor events, marketing roadshows, and team projects.
  • Act as the go to person for the IR team’s admin and coordination needs, supporting with reporting, research tasks, and ad hoc team initiatives.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in finance, investment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with experience preparing professional documents and presentation packs.
  • A polished communicator, confident liaising with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive information discreetly.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and CRM systems.
  • Energetic, positive, and adaptable. You enjoy being the right hand to busy executives and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
